Variant Gallery Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a Shopify application that lets merchants assign variant-specific image and video galleries to their products. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable privacy laws including GDPR.
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the app:
read_products, write_products.We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Access tokens are retained while the app is installed. When you uninstall the app, all stored session data is deleted automatically within 48 hours via Shopify's GDPR webhooks.
If you are located in the European Economic Area you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@gsptechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We follow Shopify's security guidelines for embedded app partners.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify merchants of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
